About El Toro Loco.. "The Crazy Bull"

El Toro Loco was created in 1997 as a family restaurant. It soon became a popular place in Wanstead to experience that wonder of Spanish cuisine - tapas. Today, as ever, it is a great place to enjoy an informal meal amongst friends of simple yet delicious dishes inspired by the tapas bars of southern Spain.

Dishes are freshly prepared under the supervision of our head chef. Only the finest ingredients will do and we source a lot of them (such as chorizo, ham, morcilla and longaniza) from Spain.

We have a good selection of Spanish wines as well as our Spanish lager’s, we also serve our home-made “Sangria”, which is a special mix of spirits, fruits and red wine. Before your meal you can enjoy a Manzanilla sherry and after dining we have a range of Spanish liqueurs such as Pachar and Licor 43, and also a large selection of Spanish brandies.

Reservations are advisable; we also cater for large parties / functions where a set menu is available.
